You can have your data removed from Callnomics Solutions at any time.
In the portal, open Content Studio → connected accounts and remove the account. This immediately deletes the stored access token and account identifier for that connection, and we stop accessing it.
Email privacy@callnomicsolutions.com from the address on your
account, or write to us from inside the portal, with the subject
Delete my data. We will delete your business account, connected-account
tokens, scheduled content, and customer records within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account and want that connection and its data removed, disconnect it as above or email us — either fully revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens for that account.
